This open-tooth zirconia ceramic sleeve is manufactured from high-purity 3Y-TZP zirconia raw material through precision molding, high-temperature sintering, and CNC precision machining. It features an integrated irregular structure with one-side open groove and bottom tooth protrusions. With high density and exceptional toughness, it eliminates chipping and cracking issues common in ordinary ceramics, serving as wear-resistant, insulating, and limiting ceramic spare parts for precision automated equipment.
